About the Role
Join a European AI-powered B2B SaaS team building chat and voice agents that help customers navigate complex product ranges online and in stores. You will develop the platform and integrations behind these customer-facing experiences.
What You'll Do

Build and maintain full-stack features for an AI SaaS platform using TypeScript and NestJS.

Integrate current LLM APIs into chat and voice agent experiences.

Develop and support backend services and data workflows using MongoDB.

Contribute to product features that help customers search and make decisions across complex product catalogs.
What We're Looking For

Several years of professional experience with NestJS.

Very strong TypeScript skills and solid MongoDB experience.

Hands-on experience using current LLM APIs.

Based in Europe, or able to work in a hybrid arrangement from Cologne or Hamburg.
