About the Role
Join a digital health product team building patient-facing digital therapeutics in urology and gynecology. You will own the patient journey and mobile app experience end to end, helping patients make meaningful progress through evidence-based therapy.
What You'll Do

Own the patient journey from physician prescription and onboarding through active treatment and patient progress.

Lead product development across iOS and Android therapy apps throughout the product lifecycle.

Apply habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and other engagement mechanics to support lasting behavior change.

Improve app store presence, ratings, reviews, keywords, and screenshots to strengthen the journey from discovery to activation.

Run A/B tests, interpret analytics, and use experimental results to guide product decisions.

Use AI tools in product work and assess when AI is an appropriate solution to a product problem.
What We're Looking For

At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager for consumer mobile apps, with a track record of shipping products or features.

Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Experience building patient-centered or behavior-change products, ideally in digital health, MedTech, or another regulated environment.

Demonstrated fluency across iOS and Android, including platform-specific capabilities and constraints.

Hands-on experience applying retention mechanics, managing app store optimization, and making decisions using analytics and A/B testing.

Experience owning end-to-end journeys across product surfaces or therapy areas; urology or gynecology experience is relevant.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €65,000 to €90,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Hybrid, based in Munich, Germany.
