About the Role
This is a foundational engineering role at an early-stage supply chain connectivity platform, where you'll help build the core infrastructure and AI-powered systems that automate mission-critical integrations for the real economy. You'll work across both cutting-edge agentic tooling and complex, heavy infrastructure — making architectural decisions that will shape the product and engineering culture for years to come.
What You'll Do
-
Design and build purpose-specific AI coding agents from scratch for supply chain connectivity.
-
Develop and maintain core infrastructure for hosting and running integrations — effectively an internal mini-platform-as-a-service.
-
Own core systems end-to-end, from the agent platform to the integrations runtime.
-
Establish engineering patterns and practices that will define the future of the team and product.
-
Work across both the agentic and infrastructure sides of the platform simultaneously.
What We're Looking For
-
3+ years shipping and owning complex software products end-to-end.
-
At least one stint at a VC-backed startup (seed through Series B).
-
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern full-stack development.
-
Hands-on experience building with AI agents and LLMs using current, production-ready patterns.
-
Demonstrated ability to build products from scratch with minimal direction.
-
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
-
Background at high-caliber, fast-growing startups (not exclusively big tech or enterprise).
-
Bonus: former founder or founding/early engineer with 0→1 experience.
-
Bonus: strong academic track record or high-agency side projects (agentic tools, launched products).
