About the Role
As Technical Operations Lead at an AI/ML company, you will work closely with the founders to turn strategic priorities into effective operational systems. You will improve workflows, build internal tools, and help teams coordinate as the organization grows.
What You'll Do

Partner with founders on high-priority initiatives such as hiring, communications, and internal planning.

Build and maintain internal tools to track key metrics and improve operational visibility.

Coordinate across teams to identify and reduce project and workflow bottlenecks.

Review existing processes and implement practical improvements using technical and analytical approaches.

Experiment with AI tools to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For

Experience working on high-priority operational tasks, such as hiring, communications, or internal planning.

A track record of coordinating across teams and projects to identify and address bottlenecks.

Experience improving internal processes and defining or monitoring key metrics with custom-built tools.

Comfort working in a high-growth startup environment, taking ownership, and constructively challenging existing approaches.

Proficiency with AI tools and interest in experimenting with new technologies.

Knowledge of Swiss legal frameworks or experience in recruiting, communications, or related operations is a plus.
