Comfort Keepers is opening a new locally owned office serving Frisco and McKinney, and we're looking for an experienced Client Care \& Operations Manager to join our founding team.

**Position Summary**
The Client Care \& Operations Manager is a key member of our leadership team and plays an essential role in the daily operations of the agency. This position focuses on delivering exceptional client service, recruiting and supporting caregivers, coordinating schedules, and helping create an outstanding experience for both clients and employees.
As our agency grows, this position offers the opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibilities.
**What You'll Do**
**Client Care**
* Build strong relationships with clients and their families * Conduct client assessments and quality assurance visits * Coordinate new client starts and ongoing care * Help ensure an exceptional client experience
**Caregiver Leadership**
* Recruit, interview, and onboard caregivers * Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, and availability * Coach, support, and recognize caregivers * Help build a positive, engaged workplace culture
**Operations**
* Coordinate caregiver schedules * Help resolve scheduling challenges * Maintain accurate client documentation * Support compliance with company standards * Work closely with the owner to improve processes as the agency grows
**Qualifications**
* Three or more years of experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or healthcare operations * Experience supervising, scheduling, recruiting, or coordinating caregivers or healthcare staff * Outstanding communication and organizational skills * Strong customer service mindset * Ability to prioritize and solve problems in a fast\-paced environment * Proficiency with computers and technology * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Must successfully complete all required pre\-employment screenings, including a background check.

**Schedule**
