Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce professional with strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud to design, build, and implement scalable CRM and customer data solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions that improve sales productivity, customer service, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Cloud
Implement and customize Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Forecasting processes
Configure Sales Processes, Path, Record Types, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, and Automation
Design and optimize Lead Assignment Rules, Opportunity Pipelines, and CPQ (if applicable)
Build dashboards and reports to track sales performance and KPIs
Service Cloud
Design and implement Case Management solutions (Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalations)
Configure Omni-Channel, CTI, Live Chat, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case
Implement Service Console, Macros, Quick Text, and Knowledge
Support Field Service, Service Appointments, and customer interaction workflows
Enable Experience Cloud for customer/partner self-service (if required)
Salesforce Data Cloud
Design and manage Data Streams from Salesforce and external systems
Configure Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, and Unified Customer Profiles
Implement Data Model Objects (DMOs) and mapping strategies
Enable real-time and batch data ingestion
Integrate Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce
Support segmentation, activation, and analytics use cases
Automation & Development
Build automations using Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled)
Develop using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Jobs (when required)
Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI
Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices
Integration & Architecture
Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft
Integrate Salesforce with ERP, CRM, Marketing, and external data sources
Support SSO, OAuth, and security compliance requirements
Reporting, Analytics & AI
Build advanced Reports, Dashboards, CRM Analytics
Enable Einstein AI features (Einstein Lead Scoring, Case Classification, Next Best Action)
Support data-driven insights using Data Cloud and Analytics
Deployment & Governance
Manage deployments using Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines
Follow Salesforce best practices, security, and data governance
Provide technical documentation and end-user training
Support UAT, production issues, and post-go-live enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
Proficiency in Flows, Apex, LWC, and Integration patterns
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
Experience with Agentforce / Einstein Copilot
MuleSoft integration experience
Experience in Omni-Channel contact centers
Experience in industries like Automotive, BFSI, Telecom, or Retail
Certifications (Preferred)
