About the Role
Cloudbees Tech is looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our growing mobile engineering team in Puducherry. In this role, you will lead the design and development of high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable code following clean architecture principles (MVC, MVVM, BLoC, Riverpod, or GetX).
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and native platform features.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness across devices.
- Publish and maintain apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 – 7 years of overall mobile application development experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.
- Strong understanding of state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX).
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Firebase, and GraphQL.
- Proficiency in native Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control workflows.
- Experience with push notifications, payment gateways, and analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and Material Design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
