e2o has an exciting opportunity for an **Operations Manager** to join the **Operations Team** in **Brisbane**. In this role, you will provide portfolio leadership and support to teams delivering projects across the Energy, Resources and Infrastructure sectors, ensuring safe, successful and profitable project outcomes while building strong client relationships and driving operational excellence.

#### **Your focus will include:**

* Leading a portfolio of projects to achieve safety, operational, commercial and client satisfaction objectives. * Providing visible leadership to drive strong HSE performance and continuous improvement initiatives. * Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and key stakeholders. * Overseeing project delivery, ensuring projects meet agreed time, cost and quality targets. * Managing project financial performance, including revenue, profit, forecasting and risk management. * Coaching, mentoring and developing project teams to foster a high\-performance culture.

#### **What you will bring to the team:**

* Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience. * Project Management accreditation. * 10\+ years' experience in heavy industrial construction and engineering environments. * Demonstrated experience leading complex project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams. * Strong commercial acumen with proven success managing project profitability and risk. * Highly developed communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
