Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the E-commerce business strategy for the GCC market. Own sales, revenue, profitability and growth targets. Manage marketplaces including Amazon UAE, Noon, Carrefour, Trendyol and other relevant platforms. Build and manage relationships with marketplace account and category teams. Oversee product assortment, SKU selection and catalogue quality. Manage pricing strategies, promotions, deals and marketplace campaigns. Monitor competitor pricing and ensure marketplace competitiveness. Coordinate inventory planning, replenishment, fulfilment, returns and cancellations. Manage E-commerce marketing activities and marketplace advertising spends. Monitor traffic, conversion, ROAS, ROI and overall marketing performance. Lead and manage the E-commerce team. Set targets, monitor performance and provide coaching to team members. Analyse GMV, revenue, margins, conversion, inventory turnover, stock availability and return rates. Prepare business reports and dashboards for senior management. Coordinate with Category, Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Sales and Operations teams. Drive profitable and sustainable E-commerce growth across the GCC market.
