CMGT is an online retailer based in the UK that primarily sells on Amazon UK, EU, AUS and US. We have a range of brands which include motorcycle and cycling clothing and accessories, workwear clothing and a tea brand. We also offer Freight Forwarding and 3PL Fulfilment services as part of our logistics business. We have an office in San Remigio, Cebu, Philippines where you can be based, you can work in a hybrid setup or work remotely.
Role:
- Calculate cost and landed prices on purchase orders.
- Analyse business operations and identify areas where cost savings could be made and profitability increased.
- Plan purchase orders and forecast inventory levels based on seasonality and historic customer demand.
- Optimise online store performance, supply chain/replenishment flows, checkout funnels, and backend platform integrations.
- Calculate PPC spend for different products sold on Amazon based on their demand, search position and profit margins.
- Analyze Amazon reports to identify product and business expenditure with the aim to pricing products correctly.
- Data & Performance Analysis: Track site metrics, conversion rates, and inventory turnover to spot growth opportunities or drops in performance.
- Forecast and arrange the replenishment of inventory to Amazon FBA based on seasonality and customer demand.
- Stock Monitoring & Tracking: Review daily stock levels, track incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain optimal inventory thresholds.
- Data Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze sales trends, turnover rates, lead times, and historical data to forecast future demand and guide purchasing decisions.
- Audits & Reconciliations: Conduct regular cycle counts, manage physical stock-takes, and investigate or resolve inventory discrepancies.
- System & Record Management: Update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure digital records match physical stock.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with purchasing, logistics, sales, and finance teams to streamline replenishment and handle aged or non-working stock
Qualifications and skills:
Accounting degree.
Education in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) desired.
Supply chain management, business administration, logistics preferred.
Experience with Xero accounting software
Experience with Amazon Seller central preferred
Data Analysis & Spreadsheets: Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in record-keeping to prevent costly stock errors.
Ability to work independently and meet close deadlines
Problem-Solving: Ability to root-cause inventory shrinkages, delayed deliveries, or backorders quickly.
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem‑solving capability
Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance and Operations
