Position: Club Operations Manager Department: Operations Location: Chembur Reporting To: Business/Operations Head
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Club Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our new Kids’ Club and café. The role will be responsible for ensuring a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience for children and parents while maintaining smooth café and club operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Kids’ Club and Café. Ensure a safe, clean, hygienic, and child-friendly environment. Plan and manage kids’ activities, games, workshops, events, and celebrations. Lead and manage the Kids’ Club and café team, including staffing and rosters. Ensure excellent customer service and parent/child engagement. Monitor café operations, service standards, food quality, and hygiene. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally. Drive memberships, birthday parties, events, and other revenue opportunities. Drive sales, expenses, inventory, and operational costs. Coordinate with vendors, activity partners, and external service providers. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements. Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports for management.
Key Skills & Experience:
4–7 years of experience in Kids’ Club, Play Area, Family Entertainment, Café, Hospitality, or Retail Operations. Prior experience in a managerial/supervisory role preferred. Strong team management and customer-handling skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong operational and problem-solving abilities. Energetic, creative, and comfortable working with children and families. Ability to manage sales targets and operational KPIs.
Preferred Background: Experience with Kids’ Activity Centres, Premium Play Areas, Family Entertainment Centres, Café/Restaurant Operations, or Lifestyle/Retail Brands will be an advantage
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
