About The Role
We are looking for Team Members who are passionate about hospitality and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
As a Team Member, you will cover all areas of guest experience including, welcoming guests, taking orders, serving our viral desserts and handcrafted drinks, attending to customers needs, ensuring the outlet is immaculate and ready for service at all times. Our team members work across our business, you may need to support on the kitchen at times, working with the team to prepare and serve the best food or help the Barista's top up their station. Everyone does whatever is needed to deliver the right Guest Experience.
Evening & Weekend availability are essential for the role. Please only apply if you can Work 25+ hours and are available weekends and evenings.
About You
You will have worked in hospitality, ideally in desserts or great coffee shops. Hospitality and guest experience comes naturally to you, you enjoy delivering a great guest experience. You will be keen to always learn and develop new skills with the support of your team and manager. You will have great hygiene knowledge, be organised and work well under pressure (we get veeeerrrryyyy busy!).
