Position: React Native Developer

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer to join our growing mobile engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience building and maintaining high\-quality mobile applications using React Native and Expo. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to develop scalable, performant, and user\-friendly mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain cross\-platform mobile applications using React Native. Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable components following best coding practices. Integrate RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services with mobile applications. * Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces. Optimize application performance, reliability, and responsiveness. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently. * Work with native modules and third\-party libraries when required. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards. * Write clean, well\-documented, and testable code. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
* 5\+ years of experience in React Native development. * Must have published multiple React Native applications on both the **Google Play Store** and **Apple App Store**. * Hands\-on experience with **React Native New Architecture** (Fabric, Hermes, TurboModules). * Strong experience integrating **native Android/iOS modules** and third\-party SDKs. * Experience building **FinTech**, payment gateway, banking, or other secure mobile applications. * Strong understanding of **Push Notifications** (FCM/APNs). * Experience with state management libraries such as **Redux Toolkit, React Query, Zustand**, or similar. * Experience with **REST APIs**, GraphQL, and secure authentication. * Hands\-on experience with **CI/CD** tools such as **Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise**, or similar. * Strong experience in **performance optimization**, memory management, app startup optimization, and debugging production crashes. * Experience with app releases, store deployments, and version management. * Good understanding of mobile security best practice
