We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, ads, client campaigns, and brand communication. The ideal candidate can turn raw footage, scripts, and creative briefs into polished, engaging videos that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals. Video editors typically assemble footage, refine pacing, sync audio, add graphics, and create platform-specific versions of content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into engaging short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, ads, websites, and client campaigns.
• Create rough cuts and final cuts based on scripts, briefs, brand guidelines, and feedback.
• Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, transitions, titles, captions, subtitles, lower thirds, and motion graphics.
• Perform color correction, audio cleanup, basic color grading, and visual enhancements.
• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, aspect ratios, and audience requirements.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, content writers, and clients to understand project requirements.
• Manage and organize project files, raw footage, assets, versions, and final exports.
• Deliver videos within agreed timelines while maintaining high creative and technical quality.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage revisions.
• Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, AI tools, and video marketing best practices.
• Must know Copyright violation rules

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in an agency, production house, or digital marketing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, audio syncing, and visual composition.
• Experience editing Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, ads, testimonials, and client promotional videos.
• Ability to add captions, graphics, and simple motion design.
• Good knowledge of export settings, compression, video formats, and platform specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Good communication skills and ability to understand creative briefs from client and the team.
• + point if you know how to handle camera for video recording.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, or AI video tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly YouTube content, thumbnails, and video optimization.
• Experience working with client feedback and agency workflows.
• Understanding of social media trends and high-retention editing styles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Film, Media Production, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong portfolio or showreel is more important than formal education.
