We are hiring an ambitious, results-oriented Outbound Telecaller / Business Development Representative to drive outbound outreach for our portfolio of IT services. In this role, you will reach out to prospective clients, introduce our technology offerings, qualify business leads, and schedule discovery meetings or software demos for our senior consulting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients (B2B leads) from qualified calling lists and market research.
- Pitch tailored IT services, including [Cloud Solutions, Managed IT Support, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Software Development].
- Identify key decision-makers (CTOs, IT Managers, Business Owners) and uncover their technical pain points.
- Qualify prospects using established sales frameworks (e.g., BANT – Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Book qualified appointments, product demos, or sales consultations for Account Executives.
- Overcome objections with structured value propositions and professional rebuttal techniques.
- Maintain accurate call logs, prospect notes, and pipeline stages
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for call volume, talk time, and qualified lead conversion.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per year
