#### **Your mission**
* Prepare and analyze monthly management reporting packages and performance reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear business relevance for internal stakeholders. * Support the budgeting and forecasting process by preparing rolling forecasts, variance analyses, and providing cause\-of\-change explanation. * Develop and refine forecasts by challenging assumptions, identifying risks and opportunities, and assessing their potential business impact. * Conduct scenario analyses to support financial planning, evaluate business decisions, and assess potential outcomes under varying assumptions. * Monitor and report on key SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, churn, and burn rate, translating performance data into actionable business insights and recommendations. * Develop and maintain financial models to support short\-term planning and long\-term strategic decisions. * Serve as a key sparring partner to the Head of Finance by providing financial insights, challenging assumptions, and supporting strategic decision\-making. * Identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers, proactively providing recommendations to improve financial and operational performance. * Partner with department leads to improve financial transparency, challenge assumptions, and support data\-driven decision\-making across the organization. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, financial controls, and analytical workflows. * Take ownership of recurring FP\&A activities and deliverables, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
#### **Your profile**
* Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. * 5\+ years of experience in FP\&A, Controlling, or a comparable finance function, preferably in a dynamic or SaaS environment. * Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the key financial and operational KPIs that drive performance. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. * Strong intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and form independent conclusions. * Strong business acumen combined with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Proven ability to translate financial and operational data into clear recommendations. * Experience contributing to reporting, forecasting, and planning processes with a high degree of ownership and accountability. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly to both finance and non\-finance audiences. * Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of DATEV is considered an advantage. * Fluent in German and English.
