We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven IT Delivery Manager who will take ownership of project delivery and operational coordination across our software and AI projects.

We need someone who makes things happen.

Someone who ensures that estimates are prepared, proposals move forward, projects stay on schedule, budgets remain under control, and commitments are translated into actual results.

This role goes beyond traditional project management. You will work at the intersection of business development, engineering, client relationships, and project operations, ensuring that the entire process — from initial opportunity to successful delivery — runs efficiently.

We are looking for a proactive professional who anticipates problems, removes blockers, takes ownership, and drives projects forward without requiring constant supervision.

Who We're Looking For

We are not looking for someone who simply organizes meetings, updates Jira tickets, or prepares status reports.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for making sure projects and commitments actually move forward.

Someone who notices that an estimate is overdue and gets it completed. Who identifies a potential budget overrun before it happens. Who follows up on unresolved decisions, removes operational blockers, and makes sure everyone knows what needs to be done, by whom, and by when.

You should be comfortable working with engineers, challenging unrealistic timelines, coordinating commercial and technical priorities, and keeping clients informed.

You don't need to be a software engineer, but you must understand how software projects are built, estimated, delivered, and managed commercially.

• Take end-to-end operational ownership of multiple software development and AI projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution, ensuring timely delivery within the agreed scope and budget.
• Manage project backlogs, tasks, sprints, milestones, and dependencies using Jira and other project management tools.
• Coordinate engineering teams, track progress, and ensure clear ownership of deliverables.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays early, and proactively drive their resolution.
• Organize and lead project meetings, status reviews, planning sessions, and client updates.
• Ensure project documentation, decisions, and delivery status remain accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate project acceptance, handover, and closure.
• Coordinate the preparation of technical estimates, project scopes, and commercial proposals.
• Work closely with business development and engineering teams to ensure estimates are complete, realistic, and delivered on time.
• Track incoming opportunities and ensure that required actions, estimates, and proposals do not get delayed or overlooked.
• Coordinate technical discovery sessions and support the transition from sales opportunities to project execution.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, assumptions, and potential gaps in proposed project scopes.
• Ensure a smooth handover between sales and delivery teams.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to keep proposals and commercial processes moving forward.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, actual effort, and estimated costs.
• Track project profitability and identify potential budget overruns before they become critical.
• Manage delivery performance across Fixed Price and Time & Material projects.
• Identify scope creep and coordinate change requests, additional estimates, and commercial adjustments.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverable acceptance, and readiness for invoicing.
• Act as the operational link between business development, engineering teams, clients, and company leadership.

Our Requirements (Must-Have)

IT Project Delivery

• At least 4–6 years of experience in IT project management, software delivery, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing software development projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and engineering teams simultaneously.
• Strong practical knowledge of Jira, including backlog management, workflows, sprint planning, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Budget & Commercial Awareness

• Practical experience managing project budgets, tracking actual effort, and monitoring delivery profitability.
• Understanding of Fixed Price and Time & Material engagement models.
• Experience coordinating technical estimations, project proposals, or presales activities.
• Ability to identify scope creep, manage change requests, and control project costs.
• Strong ability to assess project risks and proactively propose corrective actions.
• Good understanding of resource planning, team capacity, and project financial performance.

Communication & Coordination

• Experience working directly with B2B clients and technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers, technical leads, business development teams, and client representatives.
• Confidence in leading meetings, addressing difficult situations, and managing client expectations.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Very good English proficiency (minimum B2+/C1), including professional communication with international clients.

• Familiarity with Confluence, Tempo, ClickUp, Asana, or similar project and resource management tools.
• Experience with project financial forecasting, margin analysis, and delivery KPIs.
• Knowledge of software development technologies, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and integration projects.
• Experience coordinating presales processes, preparing Statements of Work (SOW), and supporting contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with project management certifications or methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP.
• Experience improving internal delivery operations and implementing project management standards.
