The Advanced Trade team builds and improves trading experiences for high-volume, analytical traders, competing directly with top global exchanges. You'll generate deep user empathy through mixed-methods research, directly shaping roadmap prioritization, feature design, and scalable research programs that keep the entire team embedded in trader needs.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the UX research function for the Advanced Trade team, partnering closely with Design, Product, and Data to turn user insights into actionable product ideas and measurable impact.</li> <li>Conduct mixed-methods research, including interviews, usability testing, concept testing, surveys, and in-product feedback (Sprig), tailored to sophisticated, hard-to-reach trader populations.</li> <li>Synthesize qualitative findings with quantitative data and analytics to produce clear research reports with actionable design and product recommendations.</li> <li>Build and maintain scalable research programs (customer councils, self-serve testing cadences, sales insight synthesis) that keep the team continuously connected to user needs.</li> <li>Guide stakeholders across product, design, and data through translating research insights into roadmap priorities and experiment hypotheses.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of user research experience, including serving as the primary research point of contact for a large product area with multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Proven ability to design and execute research with sophisticated, hard-to-reach populations, such as professional or high-frequency traders.</li> <li>Fluency in quantitative data and experimentation, with demonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative insights with metrics to influence product strategy.</li> <li>Track record of independently managing research prioritization across competing stakeholder needs while guiding designers and PMs through their own research efforts.</li> <li>Familiarity with crypto trading, financial markets, or trading platforms preferred but not required.</li> <li>Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.</li> </ul> <p><em>Position ID:&nbsp; </em><em>P77741</em></p> <p><em>#LI-Remote</em></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong>Pay Transparency Notice:</strong><strong><em> </em></strong>Base salary varies by location (see range below).
