We are looking for a Communications and Campaigns Manager who can take ownership of our external communications, brand messaging and campaign delivery. You will turn organisational goals into clear, engaging campaigns that reach the right audiences and deliver measurable results.

You will work closely with programme teams, community partners, creative suppliers and senior stakeholders to ensure that our communications remain consistent, inclusive and aligned with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Delivery:

Plan, develop and manage integrated communications campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, public relations and community channels.

Content Management:

Oversee the creation of campaign materials, website content, newsletters, press releases, social media posts, presentations and promotional resources.

Brand Management:

Maintain a consistent organisational voice and visual identity across all public communications and stakeholder materials.

Audience Engagement:

Develop communication approaches for community groups, programme participants, professional partners, supporters and other key audiences.

Media and Public Relations:

Build relationships with local media, community publications and relevant industry contacts. Prepare media statements, press releases and interview materials when required.

Digital Communications:

Manage website updates, email marketing activity and social media planning. Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve audience reach.

Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with internal teams, community partners, sponsors and external suppliers to coordinate communications and campaign activity.

Performance Reporting:

Monitor campaign results using relevant analytics and reporting tools. Present findings and recommendations to management and programme stakeholders.

Team Coordination:

Support and guide communications coordinators, content creators, freelancers and creative suppliers. Review work and provide clear, constructive feedback.

Budget Management:

Manage campaign budgets, supplier costs and promotional expenditure while ensuring that resources are used effectively.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

At least 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, campaigns, public relations or a related field. Previous experience managing multiple campaigns or projects is required.

Campaign Knowledge:

Strong understanding of integrated communications planning, audience segmentation, content development and campaign evaluation.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.

Digital Skills:

Confident using social media management tools, email marketing platforms, website content management systems and analytics software.

Project Management:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, budgets, suppliers and several campaigns at the same time.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Experience working with internal teams, community organisations, external partners or public\-facing stakeholders.

Leadership:

Previous experience supervising, mentoring or coordinating colleagues, freelancers or external agencies is preferred.

Education:

A degree or professional qualification in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or a related discipline is desirable. Relevant professional experience will also be considered.

Language Skills:

Professional fluency in English is required. Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, would be beneficial but are not essential.

You are organised, creative and commercially aware. You understand how to balance strong ideas with practical delivery, and you are comfortable working in a collaborative and community\-focused environment.

Pay: £2,779\.00\-£3,300\.00 per month
