Summary
We are seeking a Machine Shop Manager to join our team at Compucraft Industries. In this role, you will oversee our CNC and Conventional machine shop. You will work closely with Engineering and Production Control.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Machine Shop.
- Organize the tool crib and fixtures.
- Assist with setups and work with programming on best approach.
- Lead the shop and be the focal point for management.
- Identify opportunities for improvements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of Machine Shop Management.
- Strong knowledge of 3, 4, and 5 axis milling and turning.
- Strong knowledge of machining various types of materials.
- Willingness to learn what you do not know.
