Cloud Solutions Architect Power Platform & Microsoft 365 Copilot

About the role

Concentrix is seeking an experienced **Cloud Solution Architect (CSA)** specializing in **Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions** to drive AI\-powered business transformation for enterprise customers.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping organizations modernize business processes, automate workflows, build low\-code applications, and unlock business value through Microsoft AI technologies including **Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio Agents, and Copilot Extensibility solutions**.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Power Platform Architecture \& Strategy**

* Design and implement enterprise\-scale Power Platform solutions. * Build application modernization roadmaps leveraging low\-code/no\-code capabilities. * Drive digital transformation initiatives using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. * Lead solution architecture workshops and technical assessments. * Develop scalable and supportable enterprise architectures.

**Power Apps \& Business Solutions**

* Architect Canvas Apps and Model\-Driven Apps. * Design enterprise data models using Microsoft Dataverse. * Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365, Azure Services, Dynamics 365, Graph APIs, and third\-party platforms. * Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps practices. * Design mobile and cross\-platform business applications.

**Process Automation \& Integration**

* Develop automation strategies using Power Automate. * Modernize legacy business processes through workflow automation. * Implement approvals, business process flows, and robotic process automation (RPA). * Integrate systems through APIs, connectors, and custom integrations. * Reduce operational overhead through intelligent automation.

**Microsoft 365 Copilot \& AI Transformation**

* Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and deployment engagements. * Assess organizational readiness for AI adoption. * Design Copilot governance, security, compliance, and adoption frameworks. * Enable organizations to leverage Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and business workflows. * Define AI use cases aligned with business value and productivity outcomes. * Conduct executive and end\-user Copilot workshops.

**Copilot Chat \& Copilot Agent Solutions**

* Design and deliver Copilot Chat experiences for business users. * Build custom Copilot Agents using Copilot Studio. * Enable conversational experiences across enterprise systems. * Develop AI assistants that automate business processes and knowledge retrieval. * Design responsible AI and governance controls for agent\-based solutions. * Guide customers on AI adoption best practices.

**Copilot Extensibility**

* Architect Copilot extensions using: + Microsoft Graph Connectors + Declarative Agents + Plugins + Custom Connectors + REST APIs + Azure AI Services * Build integrations between Copilot and enterprise applications. * Enable access to organizational knowledge through secure extensibility models. * Design scalable enterprise AI architectures.

**Customer Engagement**

* Act as the primary technical advisor for strategic customer engagements. * Facilitate executive briefings, architecture reviews, and AI strategy sessions. * Present complex technical concepts to executive and technical audiences. * Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications**.

* Language: German * 10–15\+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and digital transformation. * 5\+ years of hands\-on experience with Power Platform solutions. * Proven experience designing large\-scale enterprise automation and low\-code platforms. * Experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI transformation programs. * Strong consulting and customer\-facing architecture experience. * Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
