Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager/Custom Millwork Manager to lead our custom wood projects from conception through completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all facets of project execution, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure the delivery of exceptional craftsmanship on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction management skills, technical expertise in millwork, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of custom millwork projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately guide production and installation processes
- Coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project flow and communication
- Oversee project estimating activities by applying construction estimating techniques to develop accurate cost projections
- Manage project timelines effectively through strong time management skills, ensuring milestones are met without compromising quality
- Conduct site visits for measurements when necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or project management within the millwork or woodworking industry
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to custom millwork projects
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles relevant to millwork installation is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and team members effectively

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
