Als Herzstück unseres dynamischen Teams gestaltest du die Zukunft unserer ikonischen Brands VOGUE, AD, GQ und CN Travelle r. Du treibst das Wachstum unserer Abonnentenbasis (Print & Digital) aktiv voran, spürst Trends auf und maximierst nachhaltig den Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

Deine Mission & Aufgaben

Neukundenakquise & Abo-Angebote

• Innovative Abomodelle: Entwicklung zielgruppenspezifischer Angebote entlang unseres Cultural Calendars und wichtiger Shopping-Events – inklusive attraktiver Prämien und gezielter Preisaktionen.
• Exklusives Prämien-Sourcing: Recherche und Akquise hochkarätiger Aboprämien mit hoher Relevanz für unsere anspruchsvollen Zielgruppen.

Shop-Management & Operations

• Shop-Optimierung: Kontinuierliche Pflege unseres Shop-Backends sowie Verfeinerung der Produktpräsentation zur Maximierung der Conversion Rate.
• Logistik & Fulfillment: Verlässliche Bestandsführung der Prämien sowie nahtlose operative Steuerung externer Fulfillment-Partner und Markenhersteller.

Kampagnen & Performance

• 360°-Kampagnensteuerung: Ganzheitliche Planung und Steuerung von Kampagnen (Print, Online, Paid Social, Newsletter) inklusive Koordination von Agenturen und Freelancern.
• Tracking & Monitoring: Überwachung zentraler KPIs (CPO, Conversion Rates, CLV, Haltbarkeit) als Fundament für datengestützte Reviews.
• Dashboards & Reporting: Aufbau und Pflege intuitiver Dashboards zur kontinuierlichen Performance-Analyse.
• Budget & Controlling: Verantwortungsvolle Steuerung des operativen Budgets und Rechnungscontrollings.

Das zeichnet dich aus

• Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Subscription Management, E-Commerce oder in der Medienbranche.
• Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Medienmanagement, Marketing) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Analytics & Drive: Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und eine lösungsorientierte, kreative Denkweise.
• Brand-Affinität: Gespür für Lifestyle- & Medienmarken sowie Expertise in der Gestaltung attraktiver Abo-Modelle.
• Performance-Know-how: Fundierte Erfahrung mit Performance-Kampagnen, Tracking und Reporting (Paid Performance Marketing von Vorteil).
• Strategie-Kompetenz: Fähigkeit, Kennzahlen treffsicher zu interpretieren und in konkrete Strategien zu übersetzen.
• Soft Skills: Kreatives Mindset, hohe Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
