Perfil: Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.
Mínimo dos (2) años de experiencia en mesas de servicio y soporte a incidentes de conectividad.
Experiencia en gestión, clasificación y escalamiento de incidentes. Conocimientos en redes WAN, LAN y WLAN. Manejo de herramientas ITSM. Certificación ITIL Foundation V4 (requerida). Deseable contar con certificaciones CCNA, HCIA Datacom, CWNA o equivalentes.
