**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing multiple stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors, while ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality specifications. The Construction Manager will play a key role in driving business development efforts and fostering long\-term client relationships through effective account management and sales strategies.
**Duties**
* Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. * Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met efficiently. * Negotiate contracts, change orders, and project terms to optimize project outcomes. * Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. * Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all project sites. * Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities through B2B sales, marketing efforts, and technical sales activities. * Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce for account management and tracking project progress. * Lead sales efforts through warm calling and outreach to prospective clients to expand the company's market presence. * Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. * Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong track record of successful project delivery. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Strong business development background with experience in B2B sales and marketing strategies. * Familiarity with technology sales processes and tools such as Salesforce. * Demonstrated ability in technical sales, account management, and client relationship building. * Exceptional leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision\-making purposes. * Experience in warm calling techniques for lead generation and client engagement. * Relevant educational background in construction management, engineering, or business is preferred. Pay: $15\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
