Job Summary:
NB Professional Services Ltd. is seeking a Consulting Projects Supervisor to oversee the coordination of client consulting assignments and keep project activities aligned with agreed objectives. The role will provide practical supervision across project teams, helping consultants manage priorities, deliverables, and client expectations throughout each engagement.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise the day-to-day coordination of consulting projects
- Organise project activities, priorities, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate consultants and specialist contributors across active assignments
- Maintain visibility of deliverables, deadlines, and client commitments
- Support project teams in responding to changing client requirements
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure agreed actions are followed through
- Maintain organised project records and engagement documentation
- Identify potential delivery concerns and coordinate appropriate responses
- Assist with the preparation of client presentations, reports, and project materials
- Review project status information and communicate key developments to stakeholders
- Support project close-out activities and capture useful lessons for future assignments
Requirements:
- Experience in consulting, professional services, project coordination, business advisory, client delivery, or a related environment
- Strong project organisation and prioritisation abilities
- Ability to supervise multiple assignments and competing deadlines
- Clear and professional client communication skills
- Good stakeholder and team coordination abilities
- Comfortable working with project plans, reports, and business documentation
- Practical problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Supervisory or senior project coordination experience is advantageous but not essential
- Business, project management, consulting, or related qualifications are helpful, with relevant transferable experience also considered
