**Summary**
As a Salon Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that we deliver top\-notch hair services while maintaining a positive atmosphere for both clients and staff. This role is pivotal in driving salon performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and mentoring our talented team.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage daily salon operations to ensure exceptional service delivery. * Supervise and mentor salon staff to enhance their skills and performance. * Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. * Maintain inventory levels of products and supplies necessary for salon operations. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment. * Utilize salon software to manage appointments, track sales, and analyze performance metrics. * Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and growth. * Conduct regular training sessions on new techniques and trends in hair styling.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in salon management or a similar role within the beauty industry. * Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, including color theory and cutting methods. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. * Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY is preferred. * Strong retail math skills to manage inventory and sales effectively. * Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients. * Experience in mentoring or training staff is highly desirable.
