Job Description:
The Real Estate Project Development Manager is responsible for managing real estate projects from concept, feasibility and approval through development execution and turnover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate development projects from pre-development through construction and project completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and consultants to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Tracks project budgets, cost estimates and expenditures in coordination with Finance
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications and development plans
- Coordinates processing of permits, licenses and regulatory approvals
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Prepares and presents project status reports to the management
- Conducts feasibility studies, including market, financial and operational analysis
- Develops project proposals and investment presentations for management approval.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, Business Administration or related field
- With at least 3 to 5 years experience in real estate development, project management or related roles
- Proven experience in project coordination, feasibility analysis or commercial evaluation
- Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, construction coordination and permitting
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross functional teams
- Experience in hospitality, residential or mixed use developments.
