**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels * Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates * Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for ads * Monitor daily campaign performance and make data\-driven adjustments * Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend across channels * Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics using analytics tools * Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead quality and conversions * Develop landing page improvement recommendations for better conversion rates * Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates
**Required Skills**
* Strong experience in Google Ads \& Meta Ads Manager * Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social campaigns * Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, dashboards, reporting tools) * Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models * Ability to manage budgets and optimize performance * Strong communication and reporting skills
