We are looking for a versatile, detail\-oriented accounting professional for our construction and property management start\-up. The ideal candidate will have a skillset that extends to business management more broadly, and will be willing to adapt to the demands and dynamic workflow of a small\-team company with a rapidly expanding book of business.
A degree in accounting is preferred, though education or experience in business administration, construction management, property management, bookkeeping, and related fields will be considered.
**Responsibilities**
Project Accounting:
* AP/AR * Account management and reconciliation * Budget tracking * Change order tracking * Labor allocation to projects
HR:
* Employee onboarding and compliance * Timesheet tracking and approval * Payroll
Compliance:
* Vendor insurance verification and auditing * Vendor contract issuance and execution * GL/WC Insurance audits * Contractor licensing, vehicle registrations, periodic reporting, etc.
Project Management:
* Project timelines * Material ordering * Vendor scheduling * Inspection scheduling * Permit approval workflows
Pay: $60,000\.00 \- $75,000\.00 per year
