About the role
The Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening the Brand, managing marketing strategies and campaigns, driving customer acquisition, and supporting overall business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning
- Maintain consistent brand image, tone and communication across all marketing channels
- Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitors
- Plan and execute monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns
- Develop promotional strategies, campaign concepts and marketing plans
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to improve the customer journey
- Monitor the marketing funnel from Lead → Trial → Conversion → Repeat Customer
- Develop strategies to improve lead quality and sales conversion
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and track key marketing KPIs
About you
- 2–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing and customer acquisition
- Experience in campaign planning and execution
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Creative, proactive and able to work independently
- Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Healthcare, Fitness or Lifestyle industries is an advantage
- Good command of Mandarin is an advantage
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
