Excellent knowledge of Italian and German minimum C1 level, both written and spoken, is required. Candidates who do not meet these language requirements will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing customer interactions via phone and email

Actively listening to client needs and supporting the identification of suitable solutions

Analyzing financial documentation, including salary slips and financial statements

Conducting preliminary assessments of credit risk and clients’ financial capacity

Collaborating with the team on case processing and monitoring

Maintaining and updating data in internal systems

Excellent knowledge of at least three of the following languages: Italian, German (C1), French, and English. Candidates without the required language qualifications will not be considered

Commercial training or equivalent qualification
