A solid track record of at least 3 years in a commercial environment is required. Experience in debt collection within the Swiss enforcement and judicial system (legal collection) is considered an advantage.

Excellent command of German (C1 level, written and spoken), good knowledge of Italian (B2 level, written and spoken).

Strong results-oriented mindset, with good organizational and problem-solving skills. The ability to work with full autonomy while maintaining a strong team spirit is essential.
