We are building digital products that move fast and handle real transactions at scale. As our Full Stack Developer, you will work on the entire product stack with other teammates front end to back end, database to cloud infrastructure. This is a high-ownership role for someone who has shipped production-grade software and wants to do it again, better and faster.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
– Architect and deliver product features end-to-end — UI, APIs, database design, cloud deployment, and monitoring
– Build responsive, performant front-end interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
– Design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs in Node.js / Express / NestJS
– Work fluently across MERN and LAMP stacks — switching contexts without losing depth
– Integrate payment gateways, webhook systems, OAuth, and third-party APIs with a security-first mindset
– Design, optimise, and maintain relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases
– Own CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerisation, and cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP
– Contribute to mobile development using React Native or Flutter — expanding product reach across platforms
– Lead code reviews, enforce quality standards, and actively mentor interns and junior developers
– Surface architecture risks early and propose solutions before they become production problems

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– Proven, hands-on full stack experience — you have shipped and maintained real products in production
– Deep fluency across both MERN and LAMP stacks; you are not ecosystem-dependent
– Strong system design instinct — you think about schema, API contracts, and scale before writing code
– Experience owning cloud infrastructure and production deployments, not just local development
– A technical leader by nature — you raise the bar for everyone around you through craft and communication
– Comfort making independent decisions and defending them with reasoning, not authority
– Exposure to or genuine interest in mobile development (React Native or Flutter)
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Own the full technical lifecycle of features — from scoping and architecture to shipping and iteration
– Set and uphold code quality standards across the team through reviews and shared conventions
– Mentor and support junior developers and interns — grow the technical capability of the team
– Collaborate directly with founders and product — no layers of management in between
– Lead architecture discussions and flag technical risks before they reach production
– Document system architecture, API contracts, and key technical decisions
