JOB TITLE: Trainee - Account Executive JOB SUMMARY: Working in U.S. Shifts, the executives in this department, collect billing outstanding, on behalf of Doctors, Hospitals and Healthcare providers. Job Requisites: Under Graduation Degree – Preferably, Arts and Science Excellent English Communication Skills Adherence to U.S. Shift Timings Roles and Responsibilities Manage assigned receivables portfolio by ensuring outstanding/denied claims are resolved Undertake denial follow-up and appeals work, wherever required or as instructed. Escalate difficult collection situations to Team Leaders situations and seek education and instruction. This is a target and quality based role.
