Job Summary:
NLO Corporate Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Operations Control Supervisor to maintain effective oversight of day-to-day operational controls across corporate service functions. The role will focus on monitoring key activities, reviewing operational information, and ensuring established business controls are applied consistently while supporting efficient service delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise operational control activities across assigned corporate functions
- Review key business processes to confirm established controls are being followed
- Monitor operational records, exceptions, and outstanding actions
- Maintain control trackers and supporting business documentation
- Identify unusual activity, process gaps, or recurring operational issues
- Coordinate follow-up actions with relevant teams and process owners
- Review selected transactions, requests, or activities for completeness and accuracy
- Support updates to operational controls when business processes change
- Assist teams in understanding control procedures and documentation requirements
- Track corrective actions and confirm agreed improvements are implemented
- Prepare concise management updates on control findings, trends, and priorities
Requirements:
- Experience in business operations, operational controls, corporate services, risk support, quality assurance, compliance, administration, or a related environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to review processes and recognise potential control weaknesses
- Good organisation and follow-up skills
- Clear communication with colleagues across different business functions
- Comfortable working with operational records, reports, and business systems
- Practical approach to resolving process and control issues
- Supervisory or operational-control experience is helpful but not essential
- Business, operations, risk, management, or related qualifications are advantageous, with relevant transferable experience also considered

Pay: £49,000.00 per year
