Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, maintain, and organize company information and records remotely.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain company data, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Review information for accuracy, completeness, and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Process and organize production, inventory, purchasing, shipping, and administrative documents.
- Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets and retrieve information as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and organized records while following company procedures.
- Work with other departments to support daily administrative and data-management needs.
Requirements
