Job Description
- Organize, analyze, and connect data from different sources (internal/external), draw key insights, and present them in a simple and easily understandable manner.
- Design, develop, and implement reporting tools and dashboards.
- Lead projects such as new tool or system implementation.
- Initiate process improvement and implication.
Qualifications
- Should have a bachelor’s degree.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Good at organizing, analyzing, and presenting data.
- Comfortable reading and manipulating Excel data and reports.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Able to adapt and influence other people.
- Good at problem-solving and ensuring tasks and projects are delivered based on commitment.
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Advanced Excel capability is a plus.
