The Role:
As the "CEO of Indonesia," you will have full strategic and P&L ownership over our market
expansion. This is a high-autonomy role for a visionary builder to bridge our global SaaS
product with the local EV ecosystem. You will establish our corporate presence from scratch,
navigate local regulations, secure critical industry alliances, and scale both internal operations
and external infrastructure teams from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Leadership: Take charge of the overall strategic planning, implementation and
promotion of the company's products, software and projects in the Indonesian market.
- Regulatory Compliance & Government-Enterprise Strategic Liaison: Handle the application for
various local qualifications and licenses, establish and maintain in-depth cooperative
relationships with Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), government competent authorities and core
industry partners.
- Establishment and Management of Internal Corporate Operation Team: Coordinate the entire
process of setting up the Indonesian foreign investment limited liability company, manage
outsourced legal, human resources and financial & tax service providers.
- Establishment and Management of External Operation Team: Operation team, customer
service team and technical service team for charging stations and system platforms.
- Establishment and Management of Engineering Team: Project design, outsourced
construction, outsourced after-sales operation and maintenance, outsourced daily inspection.
What We're Looking For
7+ Years Leadership:
- Senior executive or founder experience in Tech, SaaS, Energy, or Mobility in Indonesia.
- PMA & Entity Setup: Hands-on experience establishing foreign investment entities and
managing external HR/legal vendors.
- Government Relations: Existing networks within the Indonesian energy sector, specifically with
PLN and key ministries.
- Operations Oversight: Track record managing technical teams, third-party contractors, and
customer support networks.
- "0-to-1" DNA: A resilient, self-driven builder comfortable scaling a business without corporate
safety nets.
- Bilingual Fluency: Native Bahasa Indonesia and professional English to align local teams with
global stakeholders.
