About us:
Growing seafood restaurant brand with 30+ branches, dedicated to quality, service, and consistent standards.
What you'll do:
- Oversee daily operations and standards across all branches.
- Enforce SOPs for food quality, service, hygiene, and safety.
- Manage costs, inventory, and branch profitability.
- Lead and mentor Area Supervisors and Branch Managers.
- Conduct regular branch visits and audits.
- Handle customer concerns and improve guest experience.
- Coordinate new branch openings and support expansion.
- Report performance to senior management
What you need:
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- 5+ years restaurant operations experience; 3+ managing multiple brances
- Strong knowledge of cost control, inventory, and food safety
- Willing to travel frequently; with driver's license preferred
- Leadership, problem-solving, and good communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic office tools
