About the Role
Crawford & Co Surveyors are looking for an organised, proactive Junior Project Manager to join our growing team and help coordinate retrofit projects from initial instruction through to completion.
Recent graduates and candidates looking to start a career in project management are encouraged to apply. No previous retrofit experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
You'll work closely with an experienced Project Manager, learning under their guidance and supporting the day-to-day coordination of projects. You'll liaise with clients, surveyors, contractors and other stakeholders to help keep projects organised, on schedule and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating multiple projects from instruction to completion.
- Communicate with clients, contractors and colleagues to keep projects moving.
- Monitor project schedules, deadlines and outstanding actions.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Identify potential delays or issues and raise them with the Project Manager.
- Organise meetings, updates and follow-up actions.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
- A confident communicator with good problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using IT and office software.
- Keen to learn, take initiative and develop new skills
A degree in project management, construction, surveying or business is desirable but not essential. Relevant transferable skills from university projects, placements, administration or other employment are welcome.
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
