Job Brief:
Creative Chaos is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of machine learning algorithms and technologies. - Participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team.
- Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the AI initiatives within the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in artificial intelligence development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for technology and a drive to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
