Technical Project Manager

Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Java/J2EE and Microservices.
- Minimum 2–4 years of banking domain experience.
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
- Should have handled a team of around 8–10 developers
- Strong experience in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA/JDBC.
- Experience in Microservices, REST/SOAP Web Services, and API integration.
- Good knowledge of Oracle/MS SQL.
- Experience with Git/SVN, Maven, Swagger and Postman.
- Should have experience in effort estimation, client interaction, documentation and code review.
- Strong communication, leadership and task delegation skills.
- Engineering degree or MCA required.
Service Commitment: Minimum 1-year service commitment after joining as a full-time employee on the company payroll.
- Candidates with prior experience in IT companies and banking projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
