Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Engineer to join our manufacturing quality team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality, conducting inspections, maintaining quality documentation, handling non-conformities, and supporting continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product conformity.
- Verify machined and metal components against drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, check sheets, and work instructions.
- Support preparation and maintenance of Control Plans and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Monitor calibration and verification of measuring instruments, gauges, CMMs, and testing equipment.
- Identify and document product and process non-conformities.
- Support root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, and other quality tools.
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support customer complaint investigation and corrective actions.
- Monitor supplier quality issues and support supplier improvement activities.
- Participate in internal, process, product, customer, and certification audits.
- Monitor quality metrics such as PPM, Scrap, Rework, First Pass Yield, and Cp/Cpk.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using SPC, Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical quality tools.
- Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and other teams to improve product quality.

Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
- 0–1 year of experience in Quality / Manufacturing Quality.
- Freshers with relevant academic or internship experience can apply.
- Knowledge of machining and metal component manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
