Croach™ is looking for a Commercial Pest Management Sales Representative to join our team!
We are local company that has many growth opportunities as we open new branches every year. If you are an experienced, self driven starter and are looking for a company that you can have a future with, Croach™ is the company for you. EXPECTATIONS:
- Drive growth through self generated efforts with cold calling via different avenues such as Property Management or local businesses.
- Self generated leads through referrals
- Company generated leads
- Accurate, detailed property diagrams in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy
- Accurate proposals/customer expectations in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy
- Customer communication after service is performed to ensure satisfaction
- Learn techniques how to collect on delinquent accounts
- Pass all state and company licensing requirements
- Maintaining equipment and vehicle in a clean, working order
- Attend company training to grow further in sales techniques, service protocols, product knowledge, and customer service after the sale is closed and service is completed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Outside sales experience (preferred)
- Existing pest management experience (preferred)
- Positive attitude (necessary)
- Strong personal work ethic (necessary)
- Integrity (necessary)
- Strong customer service skills (necessary)
