Backcountry is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Assistant Manager to assist our Retail Manager in the daily operations of our brick-and-mortar retail store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the outdoors and have experience in retail management, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. This role is challenging – above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast-paced team. This position will report into the Retail Store Manager.
