As a Retail Shop Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products are maintained, repaired, and assembled according to the company's standards. Your primary objective will be to provide high-quality customer service by assisting with product inquiries and providing technical support, and selling merchandising to customers. This position will report into the Store Manager.
