Job Title: Lead SWE (Software Engineer) - Data Engineering MT Department
Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead SWE to join our Data Engineering MT Department. As a Lead SWE, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining data engineering solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of software engineers in the development and implementation of data engineering solutions. 2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. 4. Document and communicate technical solutions, processes, and best practices to team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on data engineering. 3. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. 4. Experience with data engineering tools and technologies, such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, SQL, and ETL frameworks. 5. Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration concepts. 6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex data engineering challenges. 7. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. 8. Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus. 9.
