Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Disney XD Customer Success department as a Milelle Job. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Disney XD customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services
- Proactively reach out to customers to address any issues or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and escalations
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
- Track customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in the entertainment industry or with children's programming is a plus
