Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Specialist to join our Onboarding department. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a deep understanding of product onboarding processes. The Product Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for our clients, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective onboarding strategies for new products.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the product's features and functionalities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns and providing timely resolutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and understand client needs, and provide recommendations for product enhancements or customizations.
- Monitor and track client progress throughout the onboarding process, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-onboarding, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for any product-related inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with the product development team to gather client feedback and insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and expertise with the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product onboarding role.
- Strong knowledge of product onboarding processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using CRM and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
